Tiffany Chen Cardona
Tiffany is a consultant specializing in Chief of Staff services, including team and project management, operations, communications, events, and strategic planning. She has spent her 18-year career supporting schools, districts, and nonprofit organizations in the pursuit of equitable opportunities for all students. Her passion is to take big goals and a vision, turn them into actionable plans, and guide teams to achieve significant and positive results for the families and communities they serve.
Tiffany was previously the Director of Teacher Engagement for six years at TNTP, where she built and led the Fishman Prize for Superlative Classroom Practice, awarding four public school teachers a year $25,000 and a unique summer residency experience.
In 2010, Tiffany earned a Juris Doctorate from Boston University and was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In her personal time, Tiffany is raising two children with her husband in Washington, DC, while continuing to serve on the board of Family Circle of Orange, a nonprofit community she co-founded in 2020 to support families in Orange, California.
