Christin Whitener
Christin is a biracial, queer woman who is passionate about enabling organizations to do their best work together in service of a better and more just world.
She has worked with dozens of organizations across the country to place exceptional talent, transform people practices and facilitate equity transformation. She works with many types of social impact entities, including schools and school networks, nonprofits, startups, professional service firms and funders. She is skilled in leading equity-centered team experiences, strategic planning efforts and tools and systems design.
Before launching CW Impact Strategies, Christin was a senior lead at a national executive search and human capital strategy firm. She has also held roles in startup business development and in teaching. Christin is based in Denver, Colorado.
