Brigette Blue
A Seattle native, Brigette Blue’s career in education has spanned over 15 years. During this time she has developed her expertise in curriculum & instruction, program management, college counseling, and leadership coaching.
After studying political science at Howard University and earning her Master’s at Columbia University Teachers College, Brigette honed her instructional expertise and leadership skills in urban school districts. She served as a middle school teacher and instructional leader in DC public schools, New York City public schools, and a high performing NYC charter school.
Since shifting to leadership coaching, Brigette has supported school and district leaders in New York, Newark, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Atlanta with prioritization, goal-setting,and staff development. She is passionate about ensuring educational equity for all students, and enjoys thought-partnering and problem-solving with leaders to increase instructional excellence.
Brigette is based in New York City and enjoys reading, DIY projects, and traveling in her spare time.
