Elizabeth Zimmerman
Elizabeth is Principal Consultant at Willow Ridge | Global. Most recently, Elizabeth served as Sr. Executive Director of Alumni Engagement at New Leaders, where she launched and developed a new department to engage their alumni school & system leaders. Previously, she served in Chief of Staff roles at Educators for Excellence and at Teach For America (TFA), where she focused on strategic planning and supporting executive leaders translate their vision to action. She began her career at TFA, where she taught high school and held both regional and national roles on their Alumni Affairs and Regional Operations teams.
