NorthStar Education Partners collaborated with Noble Network of Charter Schools to develop a program to recognize and celebrate their highest-quality teachers. After years of extensive internal research and development, Noble wanted to launch a program that would identify top teacher talent, provide rewards and recognition, and establish a clear standard of excellence across the network.
Objectives
Noble Network of Charter Schools partnered with NorthStar to:
- Identify Top Teacher Talent: Craft a comprehensive and rigorous process for identifying top teacher talent from all fields.
- Strategize Rewards and Recognitions: Develop strategies for rewards, recognitions, pay increases, and teacher-leader opportunities for selected teachers.
- Establish Excellence Standards: Set a clear bar for excellence to fuel professional growth and development across the network.
