Jasmine has worked in both traditional public and charter systems. She brings experience designing strategic plans, curriculum materials, and professional development — and supporting implementation through clear systems and change management techniques. As a Director of School Support for The Achievement Network (ANet), Jasmine coached school and system leadership teams in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York to strengthen standards-aligned and data driven instruction. As Senior Director of ELA at Mastery Charter Schools, she supported 22 schools to increase rigor, engagement, and cultural relevance within and across classrooms. She is also a facilitator for UnboundEd’s bi-annual Standards Institute, a week-long professional development experience designed to build, improve and sustain equitable instructional excellence.
Jasmine enjoys working with NorthStar to design systems, structures, tools that help partners translate their vision into concrete practices. She believes in customizing support for every school or system’s unique context, building upon strengths, and leveraging best practices and research from the field.
Jasmine lives in Philadelphia and enjoys horseback riding, patio-gardening, and spending time with her family.
