Linda Lentz

Linda is senior leader with deep experience in change management, equity-centered organizational leadership, school and non-profit founding and scaling, and instructional content and systems design and implementation. 

Most recently, Linda led the sharing and learning team at Achievement First. In that role she worked with more than 90 district and CMO partners across 22 states focused on growing stronger, more equitable schools. Previously, Linda was the founding dean of the Relay Graduate School of Education’s Nashville campus where she led teacher and principal training in one of Tennessee’s most diverse teacher training programs. Prior to her work at Relay, Linda co-founded RePublic Schools, a network of schools aimed at reimagining public education in the south. During her tenure the network’s two middle schools in Nashville had the highest composite growth of any charter management organization in the United States, according to the 2013 CREDO study. She began her career in education as a high school English teacher in Houston as a Teach For America corps member.
