Allison Cramton works to help mission-driven organizations build the plans, people, and systems that help their impact endure. Before consulting, she served as Chief of Staff and Chief of Development and Finance at Teach For America, leading teams, managing multi-million-dollar philanthropic portfolios, and building the structures that gave executive leaders room to focus on leading.
She began her career as a special education teacher and instructional coach at a DC public charter school, an experience that shaped her belief in strong systems and the people who keep them running. Allison lives in the DC area with her husband and four children, and works with education and youth-focus nonprofit organizations throughout the country.
