Eric is a strategy and operations leader who specializes in bridging the gap between complex financial modeling and large-scale organizational change. With a background spanning investment banking, management consulting, and AI strategy, he helps organizations navigate growth by grounding visionary goals in rigorous data.
Most recently, Eric has driven sell-side M&A advisory for SaaS and AI founders, building investment theses and financial models that translate product innovation into market value. Previously, as a Manager at Accenture, he spent over six years leading digital transformations, specializing in the “human side” of technology, including change management, technical training, and workforce productivity.
Eric also brings deep expertise in learning and development strategy and performance management from his time at Centrical. He has designed end-to-end L&D frameworks for major institutions, delivering measurable improvements in staff coaching, tool adoption, and operational efficiency. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, graduating magna cum laude.
