Identify The Challenges
We believe those closest to the work and challenge hold
the deepest insights. We use working groups, surveys, and other methods to identify challenges and surface solutions. NorthStar consultants will own facilitating discussions, drafting deliverables / decisions, and packaging final deliverables.
